Russell Gardner

Founder, Pharallax AI. Charlotte, NC.

I build systems that find what operators can't see from inside their own businesses.

Before Pharallax, I spent years at Generuss Design building web infrastructure, automation pipelines, and AI-integrated tools for small businesses. The pattern I kept seeing: founders making decisions on incomplete structural information. Not bad decisions - blind ones. The data existed, scattered across domains they never thought to cross-reference.

Pharallax is the system I built to fix that. Not consulting. Not advice. A machine that reads your business from angles you structurally cannot occupy yourself.

What Pharallax does

Adversarial analysis

12 specialized perspectives analyze your business simultaneously. Each one is designed to find what the others miss. The output is structural - patterns, contradictions, and leverage points that don't surface in standard strategic review.

Cross-domain knowledge base

320,000+ indexed knowledge claims spanning business strategy, behavioral economics, philosophy, SEC filings, academic research, and 160+ other domains. Your problem doesn't get a template. It gets matched against a corpus that connects what most analysis keeps separated.

Structured artifacts

Every engagement produces a concrete deliverable - blind spots ranked by severity, leverage moves with implementation paths, and the specific assumptions your team agreed on without testing. Not a slide deck. A structural read.

The methodology

Most analysis is linear. One perspective, one framework, one set of assumptions applied to your problem. Pharallax runs 12 adversarial perspectives in parallel - each with different cognitive modes, different domain expertise, and different failure-detection heuristics. They argue with each other. The contradictions are the signal.

The knowledge base isn't a chatbot memory. It's a vector-indexed corpus of 630K+ claims that gets queried against your specific situation. When a behavioral economics principle contradicts your pricing model, or an SEC filing pattern matches your growth trajectory, or a philosophical framework reframes your competitive positioning - that's the system working as designed.
