How do you validate a business niche?

Validating a niche means testing whether a market is worth entering before you build anything for it. This validator has you rate six dimensions from 1 to 10: market size, problem urgency, willingness to pay, competition, reachability and your expertise fit. Urgency and willingness to pay carry the most weight in the final score out of 100.

How do I read my niche viability score?

Your score is a weighted average of the six ratings, out of 100. 75 or higher is Strong Niche, 55 to 74 Viable, 35 to 54 Marginal, and below 35 Weak Niche. Any dimension rated 3 or lower appears as a red flag, and any rated 8 or higher appears as a green light.
