Common questions

What is the structural assessment?
It is a composite read of your business across twelve structural dimensions, built up from the free diagnostic tools rather than from one questionnaire. Each tool you complete adds a dimension and sharpens the score, so the assessment gets more honest the more of your actual numbers it has seen.
How many tools do I need to finish before it is useful?
One is enough to start a score, but the composite is only as wide as the dimensions you have fed it. The gaps it reports are gaps in your business. The gaps it cannot see are gaps in its inputs, and those are usually the ones that matter at an inflection point.
Is the assessment the same as the full analysis?
No. The assessment scores structure across dimensions and points at priority gaps. The full Structural Read is the adversarial premortem: twelve cognitive lenses argue your specific situation across six rounds and return a transcript plus a synthesis. The assessment tells you where to look; the read tells you what is actually load-bearing.
